「Spiro 是一款真正地人文关怀的智能手链。」
经过几次会议了解了产品的背景后。我跟 Spiro 创始团队一起协商,定位这款面向欧美职业女性的产品。在今天各种智能设备在全世界普及的环境下,如果一个初创科技企业要开发一款智能设备,那种设备的方向是直击用户的痛点?
这就是 Spiro 团队开发这款设备的来源 —— 在今天职场高强度的工作环境下,希望能用一款不打扰用户的提前下,记录她们生活中「重要时刻」。也许是升职加薪也许是失恋想找个没人的地方发泄也许是小孩出生那刻的幸福 ......
然后。根据这款设备的销售环境、竞品、人群的背景气质,综合考量后。转化成具体产品设计从几个方面展开:
一、UI 背景风格设定:浅深色
二、每次记录文字插图风格设定:阳光、手绘非机器风
三、标题字体设定:具有浪漫美感的衬线 / 正文字体设定:方便阅读的非衬线黑体
四、一级交互界面:卡片左右滑动的流畅形式
五、品牌一致性:App、官网、手链、包装,统一标题正文字体图片颜色

Spiro — Designing the Foundation Before Design Begins
"Spiro is a wearable built with genuine human empathy."
After a series of workshops with the founding team, we established a clear product vision for Spiro—a wearable designed for professional women across North America and Europe.
Today, smart devices have become part of everyday life. The challenge for a startup is no longer simply creating another wearable, but identifying a meaningful problem that is truly worth solving.
That idea became the foundation of Spiro.
Rather than competing for users' attention, Spiro is designed to quietly preserve the moments that matter most. Whether it's a long-awaited promotion, the birth of a child, recovering from heartbreak, or another deeply personal milestone, the product captures these memories without interrupting everyday life.
Based on the product vision, target audience, competitive landscape, and market positioning, I translated these strategic insights into a cohesive design direction:
Visual System — A calm, refined interface supporting both light and dark modes.
Illustration Style — Warm, hand-drawn artwork that feels human rather than machine-generated.
Typography — Elegant serif headlines combined with highly readable sans-serif body text.
Interaction Design — A fluid, card-based interface with intuitive horizontal navigation.
Design Consistency — A unified visual language across the app, website, wearable, packaging, and brand assets.
My role focused on defining the early product vision, design direction, and interaction framework. The app, website, packaging, and promotional video were later designed and produced by Spiro's in-house design team.
Design isn't decoration. It's a strategic decision made long before the first screen is designed.
